A lawyer for Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo is trying stop some hardcore sex photos of the two from being leaked onto the internet.
Some of the paparazzi photos of the nude pair getting it on in a hot tub at a private resort in Mexico were published in this week’s Life & Style magazine.
Apparently there are more photos from the same steamy session that they didn’t publish - because they are X-rated.

We have heard through a number of sources that the rest of the images show the pair in several different sex positions in the hot tub. Once source who has seen the photos said the shots are “Paris sex tape-level scandalous.”
