The onetime Miss California USA assured Fox News’ Sean Hannity Monday that she filmed the sex tape by herself for a young man she adored when she was 17. Later, he “deceived” her and sold it.

“They can name it whatever they want to name it, but it was the most momentous mistake of my life,” Prejean told Hannity. “I was all by myself and I was sending a boyfriend at the time who I loved and cared about a video recording of me … I was not having sexual activity with anybody and you call it whatever you wish.”

Prejean, now 22, said she was young and demonstrated bad judgment at the time.

“I was a teenager at the time and never did I believe it would ever come out. But it was bad judgment and it’s awkward and it’s demeaning to be discussing this now on national TV if you can conceive that.”
