Tourism Australia hottie LARA BINGLE has cracked the shits and is sueing Aussie Zoo Weekly Magazine after it printed some sexy pics of her in March.
19 year old Lara Bingle was bikini clad on the cover, and a press release for the mag declared ‘Lara Bingle poses Topless for new men’s magazine (Zoo Weekly)’
The spunky model says she didn’t pose topless for Zoo, and is sueing for defamation, |
misleading conduct and breach of copyright. She claims that the March issue contained a number of defamatory imputations, including that she ‘consented to pose in a g-string bikini in a world exclusive for a smutty men’s magazine’
Funnily enough, Zoo Magazine were also offended for being labelled as ‘obscene’ and ’smutty’
